1. Acceptance of This Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, access, or use our Software.

2. Software Products

This Agreement covers the following software products developed by MKhanfar:

These software products will be collectively referred to as the "Software" in this Agreement.

4. Activation Process for Paid Software and Premium Plugins

3.1 Khanfar Phase-Based DF Calculator:

Khanfar Phase-Based DF Calculator requires activation through the following process:

1. After downloading and installing the software, you will be prompted to contact the Developer to purchase an unlock key.
2. You must send an email to the Developer at the contact email provided in the software, including the hardware identification code displayed by the software.
3. Upon receipt of payment, the Developer will provide you with an unlock key that is specific to your device hardware.
4. You must enter this unlock key in the software to activate its full functionality.

The unlock key is valid only for the specific device hardware for which it was generated. Using the Software on a different device requires purchasing a new license.

3.2 Premium Plugins:

Premium plugins for Khanfar Spot Scanner - CFAR Edition require activation through the following process:

1. To activate premium features, contact the Developer at E4MWAK@GMAIL.COM to request activation of specific plugins.
2. Specify which premium plugins you wish to purchase (IQ Recording, Telegram Integration, CA-CFAR Algorithm, and/or OS-CFAR Algorithm).
3. The Developer will provide crypto payment details for the selected plugins.
4. Upon confirmation of payment, the Developer will provide an unlock code specific to your device's hardware ID.
5. Enter this unlock code in the software to activate the premium features.

Premium plugin unlock codes are hardware-specific and cannot be transferred to other devices. Each plugin requires a separate purchase and activation.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software (except as permitted by applicable law or for Fosphor as permitted by the GPLv3).
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Use the Khanfar Free Software for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Developer.
• Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party except as specifically permitted in this Agreement.
• Share, distribute, or publish unlock keys for Khanfar Paid Software.
• Attempt to bypass, crack, or circumvent the licensing mechanism in the Khanfar Paid Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal purposes or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Software to intercept, decrypt, or monitor private, encrypted, or unauthorized communications.
• Use the Software in a way that violates radio communications laws or regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., FCC in the US, Ofcom in the UK).

6. Compliance With Laws and Acceptable Use

The Software is intended for lawful, educational, and scientific use, including receiving publicly accessible radio signals. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (including, without limitation, radio communications laws and regulations such as FCC rules in the United States or Ofcom rules in the United Kingdom).

The Developer does not authorize, condone, or encourage the interception, decryption, or monitoring of private, encrypted, or otherwise unauthorized communications. Any use of the Software that violates applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited and is solely the responsibility of the user.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The Developer retains all intellectual property rights to the Software (excluding third-party components), including all copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You acknowledge that you are only receiving a limited license to use the Software as set forth in this Agreement.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

For Khanfar Paid Software:

• Payment must be made through cryptocurrency as directed by the Developer.
• All prices are final unless otherwise specified by the Developer.
• Refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of the Developer and only in cases where the Software does not function as described. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds will be provided once an unlock key has been issued and successfully activated.

9. No Warranty

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Third-Party Components and Notices

Some products in this Software collection interface with, bundle, or otherwise depend on third-party open-source components. Those components are licensed by their respective authors under their own license terms.

Important Open-Source License Notice: Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or override rights granted under applicable third-party open-source licenses. If any term of this Agreement conflicts with a required term of a third-party license for a specific component, the third-party license terms govern that component.

Where required by applicable open-source licenses, corresponding source code and license texts are available from the upstream links above and/or from the Developer upon request.

12. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

For Khanfar Paid Software, the license remains valid in perpetuity for the specific device hardware for which it was issued, provided you comply with the terms of this Agreement.

13. Donations

The Khanfar Free Software is provided free of charge. If you find these products useful, you may choose to make a voluntary donation to support the continued development and improvement of the Software. Any donations are greatly appreciated but are not required to use the Khanfar Free Software.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
